The location is fantastic. I found it easy to explore the city. the staff are super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions. the hotel's style is beautiful. I really appreciated the decor. i found my nights to be excellent. The room was super clean and cozy.

The staff tried to do as much as possible when needed. They were attentive and proactive. assistance with luggage was provided promptly and efficiently. i found the front desk to be available 24/7.

Breakfast was well-stocked and tasty, with options. the cocktail bar is a nice spot to sit with a drink. It has a relaxed atmosphere. i thought the luggage room was excellent and secure.

The hotel is within walking distance of most central sites. It doesn't feel too hectic. trivoli gardens is less than five minutes away. the central station ensures easy arrival and departure.

the location was excellent. i found it was very easy to walk to many attractions. the cocktail bar (a nice touch) offered a good selection of drinks.

the room i had was quite small. it felt a bit cramped for a longer stay. i also found that the safe in the room was not working. the staff didn't fix this of 7 nights.
